Welcome to Harbour Aqua Escapes. By using our website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

General Information

Harbour Aqua Escapes offers guided watersport activities and tours in South Caicos, Turks and Caicos Islands. These Terms apply to all online and in-person bookings, use of our website, and participation in any of our services.

By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Customer Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the activity will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

  • Weather or Operator Cancellations:

    • If we must cancel due to weather or safety concerns, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Participant Requirements

  • Participants must be in good physical condition and disclose any medical conditions before the activity.

  • Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Safety instructions must be followed at all times.

  • Harbour Aqua Escapes reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who poses a safety risk.

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash, or online transfer (wells fargo or bank of america), Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, Apple pay or paypal.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to taxes or service charges.

Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in watersports involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, drowning, or environmental hazards. By joining any activity, you agree to assume all such risks and release Harbour Aqua Escapes and its staff from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage during the experience.

Liability Waiver

  • All guests are required to sign a waiver before participating in any activity. Refusal to sign the waiver will result in denial of service without a refund.

Assumption of Risk

  • With your permission, Harbour Aqua Escapes may take photos or videos during tours and activities for promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please let us know in advance.

Website Use

  • Content on our website, including text, images, logos, and prices, is owned by Harbour Aqua Escapes and protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

  • We strive to ensure all website information is accurate, but we are not responsible for unintentional errors or outdated content.

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of local courts.
